Hello guys, I am here again with the 4th video of my video series “how to move on –Thinking about separation and divorce”. If you are interested in watching all the other videos on the same subject, please visit my YouTube channel-Zunera-Youtube Channel . Today we are going to talk about the things that you need to do to take care of yourself during the whole divorce process. In my opinion, the two most important things that are going to help you are a selective group of friends and self-love. Once you have taken the decision of moving out, you will be cursing and blaming yourself every single second. In such moments of self-pity, I believe that self-acceptance is going to help you big time.
Keep reminding yourself that you are a wonderful person and take the time out to decide what the best thing you can do for yourself is. So once you have moved out, self-acceptance is really the first step to keep things going. The second important thing is the selective group of friends that you can count on. When you move out, loneliness is definitely going to hit you hard. With the increasing quietness of the surroundings, your mind becomes more and more chaotic. You would want to talk to people and discuss what you are going through.

But remember, you cannot count on everyone for opinions about the most important decision of your life. Not everyone knows your story. So have a very small and selective group of friends that you can take advice and opinions from. However, do not forget that even though you can take feedbacks and opinions, the journey is yours and only you have to bear the consequences of whatever you decide.
